Portable Keyboard Sanitizer In order the meet the needs of a start-up company focused on sanitization and disease prevention products. HUCKdesign℠, MPR’s industrial design team, provided industrial design services for a new portable keyboard sanitizer. This sanitizer was designed to minimize the person-to-person transfer of pathogens by sanitizing computer keyboards using ultraviolet light in environments where computer stations are used by multiple operators, including hospitals, nursing homes, and training centers. The device has been shown to dramatically reduce the spread of disease by means of carefully programmed doses of germ-killing light. HUCKdesign℠ crafted this device to project a refined contemporary image and to also allow for quick ease of use and convenient vertical storage. |
